Communication with the owner from investigation to contract through the setup and pickup was excellent - both of us knew the right questions to ask and answered quickly to assure all went smoothly. The rig was exactly as pictured, and was nearly in showroom condition. Neearly every rental the last few years had maintenance issues with stuff like battery, or utilities or doors and panels falling off. This one at 4 years old was pristine. Well done. All arrangements and timing were well communicated and neither of us waited for the other, another example of how David was a 5 star host. If we travel anywhere close to the Holland Michigan area I would for sure rent again and recommend anyone else to rent from David. You will not be disappointed.
