About Lesley and Imran Alli

My husband and I bought the customized Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van for primarily family use. We have two young ones (10 & 12), grandparents also live with us :), sister, husband and nephew lives nearby - whopping total of 9 - so fitting 9 people in the Sprinter is no problem at all. I just want to say Thank You to Imran and Lesley! This was our first road trip with this many family members and it was an adventure to say the least. Imran was available for all our questions before and throughout our trip. This 9 passenger sprinter was the perfect rental for us and made our ride comfortable and roomy. We traveled with a 4yr old, 15yr old and 7 adults from 38-75yrs old. I search high and low for a rental that would fit us all and still be drivable for me so I could help, and this was truly a rare gem! We even ran into bad weather on the way back and communication with them was a breeze. Imran's customer service is the best and he made this 1st Outdoorsy experience a very pleasant one!

Hi Bret. The information you posted is incorrect. I reached out to you via Outdoorsy.com (proof can be provided), letting you know that I am having issues starting the vehicle. On this same day, I also connected you to another individual who has a similar - newer and more luxurious- Sprinter Van. He was willing to rent it to you for a lesser price because I was going to cover the additional costs (proof can be provided). Moreover, he was sitting next to me as he was texting you. He told me next day that you did not accept his terms. We did find the issue that my vehicle was having - both batteries were completely dead. I replaced both of them and now it is working perfectly. I am sorry about the inconvenience. Wishing you and your family a prosperous and healthy 2023!

We had a great trip in a great vehicle. DVDs and Netflix kept the kids happy. The bathroom kept us out of freeway rest areas (important in these days of Covid) and saved so much time. Imran was a pleasant and accommodating host, easy to communicate with and dedicated to customer service. Based on the price, the quality of the RV and the service I received I would wholeheartedly recommend this RV to anyone.
