My name is Bryan Mahanes and I recently bought my Forest River RV. I absolutely love it and wish I could drive it every day. I enjoy traveling and camping and also use my RV to simply go to the beach and day camp. I am a musician and small business owner. I am excited to provide this amazing RV to others looking for a luxury camping experience.

When our previously confirmed RV canceled on us just prior to our scheduled vacation, we contacted Bryan and were thrilled his RV was available on short notice. We agreed to pay a higher price for his RV, under the circumstances it was either that or cancel our vacation. The pictures posted on Outdoorsy depicted a well-maintained luxury RV. When Bryan arrived with the RV, he gave us driving lessons, instructions and the basics. He instructed us to call him 24/7 with any issues. We had a brief tour of the inside, during which we noticed a distinct smell, I assumed it was a disinfectant smell due to covid cleaning. We also saw many sand fleas flying around the inside of the RV. There were a lot of personal items shoved in all the storage compartments but at this point, with the RV parked in our driveway, we did not speak up. We left on our trip about 30 minutes later and about 45 minutes after that made our first call to Bryan when the engine warning light came on. This was followed by a broken washing machine, broken windshield wipers (could not drive while raining which it rained often), ants, no hot water, moldy rusty fridge that I refused to put food into, drawers and cabinets filled with other peoples personal clothes, an overpowering mildew smell, bread and food leftover from previous guests and finally, the realization that no Covid-19 sanitation had taken place at all, even though Outdoorsy has strict guidelines for RV owners to follow. We ended our trip early and came home. After a heated argument with Bryan in our front yard and agreements from him to refund us a portion of our rental, he has reneged on those agreements, and did not refund the agreed amounts. We are still waiting for his personal check to show up in our mailbox. There was a small amount refunded via Outdoorsy (less than what was agreed), but Bryan’s word to send a check was not honored. This level of dishonesty was even more disappointing than the RV’s condition. Bryan and his RV get zero stars out of 5, even though we had to give a minimum of 1 star. RENTERS BEWARE!

Bryan was wonderful to work with. Was available to answer any and all questions regarding the RV. Set up time to review RV top to bottom and stayed till I felt comfortable. My family had an amazing time and we will be reaching out to Bryan again in the near future!

Great experience!!!!! My family had a great 2019 vacation the RV was excellent very clean, spacious and the kids loved the bunkhouse. Bryan was very helpful and easy to work with. He walked me through every detail on the operations of the RV along with having a very helpful step by step guide just in case we ran into any issues, will definitely be renting again for our next trip.

Bryan offered and provided a first class experience. He was super responsive for booking, patiently took time to go over the RV before leaving and was quick to respond when I had a couple basic questions during my rental. Friends who even visited the RV while we had it couldn’t stop talking about how nice the interiors were and how spacious the inside. I would recommend renting to anytime. Can’t wait to use again in two weeks for my sons basketball tournament. Thanks Bryan !
