This was a "experimental run" for me, my wife and 1 dogs.

We lost total power in the RV for 12 hours because Chad was unable to help us out. No AC in 90 degrees in the sun. There was something wrong with the converter system in the RV where after troubleshooting all day a dead battery was blocking 30 amp power. We had no fridge because even the propane tank was an issue. Turned so tightly closes could not open with pliers. After all this Chad did not offer any compensation for the troubles. Very disappointed

Matt damaged my camper, costing a fortune in replacement parts (not to mention time, frustration, mileage, etc…) He notified me while I was at work, so he had to had to wait until the end of my shift. I came as soon as humanly possible, but I am a nurse and it’s generally frowned upon to leave sick patients. It’s funny because he was two hours late for his delivery, which was over an hour away, causing a lot of inconvenience for my family. He clearly has no respect for anyone or anything. Despite him leaving me a bad review, I did not charge him for any damages except the propane tank, which he broke by trying to “open” the already fully open valve. For him to demand “compensation” for a problem he created, without any regard for the time and money he cost me (and my family) is preposterous. He is exactly the nightmare every owner dreads.

My wife and our dogs had a fantastic trip. The camper was just as advertised and made our week a fun one. Chad was overly accommodating and extremely easy to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely look to Chad for our future horse shows. Thank you so much!

Have booked with Chad before, always a smooth experience at Pitt Race. I show up and the trailer's hooked up and ready, and he picks up when we're done. Will book again in the future.

Chad was awesome. He was super nice and made our trip so easy. The whole experience was great. Mattress was a dream. Everything we needed was already there. We were nice and toasty, even with snow, sleet and cold nights.

Chad is a great guy and was very nice to work with. We had the camper delivered. He was there before us with it all set up. We loved the camper! It was clean, in great condition, and he provided a lot of essentials, which was nice to have. The beds were pretty comfy as well. We will definitely book again with Chad!

Chad was supper flexible with drop off and pick up which really made everything so less stressful. The RV was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed! My friends and I do this trip every year and we will totally use Chad again!!! Thank you Chad !!!!
