5.0Chad was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful through the process. This was our first time renting and didn’t know what to expect. The camper was in good shape with a few things that need to be updated but Chad was upfront and showed us around when the unit was dropped off and set up for us. The bunk mattress were very thin so I would suggest a pad for future use. We enjoyed not having to worry about anything. Thanks Chad!!
