I am a nice person, very business like yes new to this but been in tranportation business all my life i love kids, want then to be safe that is why i am put my RV on the market for the kids to be safe.Last but not least ,I pride in cleanliness in everything I did. My RV has to be 100% clean ,before I handed it over to the renters.

We had an amazing experience renting this RV! It was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and it drove really smoothly. Joy and her husband were incredible kind and welcoming - fantastic hosts who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely rent from them again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Joy's RV! As a first-time RV driver, I found this easy to drive, and there was plenty of space for our kids to hang out and rest in the RV in the quiet times. The kitchen, stove, microwave, and fridge were perfect to prepare a few family meals. There was plenty of storage to ensure that our belongings weren't rolling around the RV as we were in motion. The owners provided an in-depth tutorial during the check-in process to ensure that I was equipped to drive and hookup/setup the RV upon arrival. We will definitely consider renting again if the opportunity presents itself!

Very thorough walkthrough when signing for the RV, and friendly especially since I arrived late to pick up and drop off (traffic and issues getting out of camp site slowed us down). One thing to watch out for is if you have pets, the pet fee does not cover additional cleaning due to fur. I had two pets and due to the pet fee and two charges of “extra cleaning”, 250 for the first and 100 for the second, it basically cost me 700 dollars to bring two dogs. I would rather have just left them at home with a sitter. One dog did shed but with the high pet fee I figured that would’ve covered the extra cleaning, but that is not the case. Aside from that extra charge that I disagree with, it was overall a good experience. A few rookie mistakes I’d made that probably comes with every new RV’-r, but set up was explained well. For anyone who doesn’t know, they’ll drive the RV to your home and pick it up from your home, I didn’t realize that, if I had it would’ve been way easier to pack up so don’t be afraid to ask!

Service was great. They were very nice. Did return the rv clean. They’re cameras, radio or tv nothing works!! One blanket few pillows no toiletries. I asked him how to dump black and gray tanks he said he will take care of it, but now they charging me for it plus cleaning dead bugs from outside of the RV

Gunnar Gross,no disrespect to you and the other rest of men that took out my RV 2 hour early before the actual time, you are lying because you want to give me a bad review as you said you going to give us a one star ,only because you guys have The RV for 4 and half days in the ATV / RV Riding Dirt Bike and mud park or the Algerian ATV racing vehicles in the park, you guy didn’t pay for hook up where you could use water and electricity or dump for 4 and a half days, you run the generator all along ,not even water you bring back in the RV from a full tank because you are cheap and is so many of you use it and can’t dump it and look at the condition you guys bring back my RV ,it was covered with dirt all over from the mud park, I don’t know how you see to drive it back to me both inside and outside ,the inside is all covered with flies and bugs ,you don’t clean or dump, you could even drive to a dump station to pay $10 to dump, but you did not .I had to charge you for cleaning and dumping plus we had to bring the RV to get well sanitized and clean so other people can’t take it out. Cleanliness is my first priority, people health comes first.I had was to dump all of these bed linens. Nothing was ever wrong with my TV . The Radio monitor that attached to camera is fix long time ago ,you had to be fair to people in life to get blessings.

Great experience with this rental. Owner was very thorough in the walk through and got back to me right away on any questions I had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! The rv had it all from bunk beds for the kids, both a stove and oven, tv, plenty of storage space everywhere! We slept 7 for half of the trip and everyone was comfortable! If we don’t end up buying our own rv we will definitely rent this one again !

Joy & Bryan were lovely in person. The rv was very clean. However when we picked up the RV the display system didn’t work. Which meant no rear or side cameras and no Xm radio. It was a loud clanky ride while my family slept. No offer of compensation for this.The house door only locked from inside. The side mirrors only adjusted manually but sticker said to not touch.
Bryan did a great walk through & clearly told me not to dump it, he wanted to do it (but then charged me for it from my security deposit). When we got on the road, I noticed lids, no pots, and no other kitchen supplies. You get twin sheets & pillows, no blanket. Queen sheets, pillows, comforter. No hangers in closet. One set of towels. 2 rolls of rv toilet paper & 2 partial rolls of paper towels. No trash cans, broom, soap, nothing.
The big shock cane days after the rental.
Suddenly I was being charged for dump, pets, sanitize…all things that were addressed in the original invoice. Please note Outdoorsy mileage is by night, not day.

Great communication, thorough walkover of how to work the RV, and an easy pickup process. Fantastic RV with plenty of space, cold A/C, and all the amenities you'd need. Would definitely recommend and happily rent from Brian again!
