I would like to say I have done my very best for those, rental who have rent from us. I clean the RV my self inside and outside, I take my time to go over everything about the RV, to before you leave on you trip. You can call anytime for help, with any small or big problem, their to help you have a good trip. So far have done a good job. I have made every booking trip, they can complain but not about the cleanses of the RV inside and outside. this RV is easy to drive.Do to a customer there’s is no awning at this time.RecommendationsAny place they want to go, Deliver options if you need a driver price will be charged also.Other things to noteNo smoking inside, Brand new 2022 RV air condition,heating system,queens size bed, 2 part kitchen sink, lot’s of cupboards space, lots of storage space, generator, airports pickup also upon request. You can take the RV from 3PM to 3PM

5We had an amazing experience renting this RV! It was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and it drove really smoothly. Joy and her husband were incredible kind and welcoming - fantastic hosts who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely rent from them again!

2We enjoyed the RV overall and it was comfortable for our trip, but I want to share some things future renters should know. When we arrived to pick up the RV, we were only then told about several items that weren’t working (including one of the side cameras and the main door not locking). As first-time RV renters, it would’ve been important to know about those issues in advance. Additionally, we were charged unexpected “miscellaneous” and cleaning fees after the trip that was taken out of our security deposit (keep in mind we had already paid a prep fee - $75 to sanitize plus $50 dump fee). The listing and policies did not clearly explain that things like cleaning sheets, the toilet, refrigerator, or washing the outside of the RV were renter responsibilities, nor that propane would be billed separately. We returned the RV in great condition—swept, wiped down, and tidy—so the charges felt like surprise add-ons. After reading other reviews, I noticed we weren’t the only renters who experienced this. To be transparent: the RV itself is nice, and it came with plenty of storage, linens, and was overall easy to drive. But renters should go in knowing that the host enforces additional charges that may not be clearly outlined in the listing. I think with clearer communication upfront and accurate disclosure of what works and what doesn’t, this could be a great rental experience
