You can call anytime for help, with any small or big problem, their to help you have a good trip. So far have done a good job. I have made every booking trip, they can complain but not about the cleanses of the RV inside and outside. this RV is easy to drive. There is no awning as yet at this time.RecommendationsAny place they want to go, Deliver options if you need a driver price will be charged also.Other things to noteNo smoking inside, This 2022 RV has air condition, heating system, queens size bed, 2 part kitchen sink, lot’s of cupboards space, lots of storage space, generator, airports pickup also upon request. You can take the RV from 3PM to 3PM Sorry but no Dry camping with this RV anymore.

1.0The rv was bare bones, only tp was supplied. I purchased wipes & a broom at Walmart. & was forced to bring my entire camping setup minus the tent which I was trying to avoid in order to pack lighter. The fridge stunk immediately upon pickup & that should’ve been a clue that it didn’t work well. By the 3rd day of our 5 day trip the fridge was hot. Stunk horribly with our food slowly going bad. While we were camped we had water flowing up from the shower drain from the sink making the shower unusable, black & grey tanks didn’t read right. 6 days post Drop-off is where it got really bad. Wait to do your review if you do choose to book with these people although I wouldn’t recommend. We received a $400 cleaning fee for the rv despite interior & exterior cleaning being included in the prep fee that we paid after doing more research. We brought the rv back with the countertops wiped & the floors swept. Some dirt on the steps & bugs on the outside are what they’re charging us $400 to clean, all while not providing any basic cleaning supplies. They claim they don’t provide these basics because they accuse guests of stealing them. What a nice little trap they have setup.

4.0When I came to pick up the RV, we realized that two of the rear tires were in need of replacement. Although it caused a delay picking up, I was happy that they immediately went and got the tires replaced. There was no awning on the RV and there was some minor damage on the right side caused by previous guests, but this did not bother us, and we had a great trip. Everything worked well that we wanted to use, and we had a great time. The owners gave it to us completely clean, and expect it to be completely clean on return. Joy was very responsive whenever I texted or called. Thanks for the great vacation.

5.0Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first time operating an RV. From the very beginning of our trip she was on time to meet us and provided detailed instructions on the operation of the RV. Prior to the trip she was very helpful in letting me know what items we may want to bring in order to make our trip more enjoyable. The RV was immaculate upon receipt and very easy to operate. When we got to the campground we felt like veteran campers. During our trip we did have a question and called Joy, She immediately picked up the phone and provided the answer to our question. She was the quintessential host! No to mention she is so very kind and considerate. I would recommend her rental to anyone who is interested in having a great RV experience.
