The host was the best ever. The experience with Outdorsy and the insurance company honestly was inadmissible. You pay 719$ of insurance for being abandoned for both companies. It took me 4 hours for getting any proper information and it took 6 hours for outdoorsy to take the situation into breakdown. Luckly the owner is an amazing person and at the end of the day came for the rescue and I was able to keep with my journey 12hours afterwards. It is clearly disapointing the deresponsabilization from both parties. Don't buy any insurance promoted by outdoorsy they are expensive and does not fullfil anything promised, above all the road mechanic that in Canada is not existant same goes for towing support as the insurance company had literally noone available in a major city imagine in the wild.

We had a wonderful time. Nguyen was very accommodating for our schedule of pick up/drop off. The ambulance was awesome! Nguyen is a certified mechanic and has done an AMAZING job turning this machine into an adventure wagon!! It has all the creature comforts necessary to have a safe and leisurely trip to anywhere. He is still doing improvements and I can't wait to see all the final touches.

Moving with this bus was ideal for our little family. Bus is child friendly, easy to drive, clean and offers a fantastic 360 degree view on the beauty of the Rockies (we could even observe a black bear having a promenade in one of the mountain park!). All facilities work well in the vehicle. Mr Nguyen is easy to communicate with and his instructions are clear. A lovely experience.

The bus was exactly as advertised and was an amazing addition to our family road trip. Nguyen was very detailed and thorough going over the vehicles many amenities and the communication process leading up to the trip was excellent.
