2014 Chevrolet Express shuttle
Started out as a city bus. My wife and I added all needed necessities of a small home so we can go out and enjoy the back country during the warmer months. Started at the front is a swivel driver seat that have access to a touch screen to control all of the bus electronics and power swing door. Behind the driver is a change room that we can add a portable toilet to with a mirror on the wall. At the middle we have 4 seats with seat belts and a flip up table. On the opposite side is the kitchen with sink and microwave and mini fridge. At the back of the bus we have a seating area that has a compartment to hide away 2 double mattresses. Below that we have open storage space for what ever we want to bring on our trip. To keep us warm we have a built in diesel heater that’s installed under the sleeping area. On top of the roof we have 450w of solar panels to charge a 200AH lithium battery, which can feed both AC power for all AC appliances and 12v circuits with ease. The host was the best ever. The experience with Outdorsy and the insurance company honestly was inadmissible. You pay 719$ of insurance for being abandoned for both companies. It took me 4 hours for getting any proper information and it took 6 hours for outdoorsy to take the situation into breakdown. Luckly the owner is an amazing person and at the end of the day came for the rescue and I was able to keep with my journey 12hours afterwards. It is clearly disapointing the deresponsabilization from both parties. Don't buy any insurance promoted by outdoorsy they are expensive and does not fullfil anything promised, above all the road mechanic that in Canada is not existant same goes for towing support as the insurance company had literally noone available in a major city imagine in the wild.

Moving with this bus was ideal for our little family. Bus is child friendly, easy to drive, clean and offers a fantastic 360 degree view on the beauty of the Rockies (we could even observe a black bear having a promenade in one of the mountain park!). All facilities work well in the vehicle. Mr Nguyen is easy to communicate with and his instructions are clear. A lovely experience.

The bus was exactly as advertised and was an amazing addition to our family road trip. Nguyen was very detailed and thorough going over the vehicles many amenities and the communication process leading up to the trip was excellent.
