Damaged fender by stepping on it. Burn mark in flooring next to microwave. Hand crank ripped off. Dropped vehicle outside parking area, storage management called with conplaint. Zero communication from renter.

Perfect travel trailer for my family of 3, and the perfect host, Bryan, for the rental. The trailer has an open floor plan feel and felt very spacious for a 22-ft. Bryan was so easy to work with and he had the trailer with all needed amenities ready at pick up.

Outdoorsy was great to deal with and very easy. Our camper was not only beautiful but spotlessly clean and fragrant. We didn't have to do any set up or break down, that was done by the owner of our unit , James ( Jimmy) K. He was wonderful to deal with, very friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

I've rented 4 RVs to-date and my experience with Jason and Kate's RV was by far the best so far. They have great communication to begin with, and second the RV was just as promised: clean, stocked and delivered without any issues. From past experiences, there was always some issue with the RV (ie. fridge not cooling, dirty, communication issues, etc), but not here.
