We had a very good experience with our RV rental through the Buffalo (MN) Fireside rental. Adam was very responsive and answered all our questions. It was a first time staying in an RV so it was a new experience for us.

Great rental. Everything was as Rob indicated before we booked. Easy drop off. Easy pick up. RV was clean and everything worked.

Fireside RV Rental provided a high quality, updated camper that was clean and had all the necessary equipment for RV camping. Adam offered comprehensive instructions and tips (in addition to written information for setup and tear down) for using the Wolf Pup. He was also very thoughtful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent from him again!!

The camper was great nicely stock with lots of room and pet friendly. Will definitely book again. This trailer really made my husband and I want to purchase a trailer. Love love loved our experience!

Our overall experience was not good. Communication with the Fireside RV Rental managers was difficult: phone calls always went straight to voicemail, and email replies typically took several days. The whole point of going through Fireside RV Rental (vs. Outdoorsy, for example) is to have a direct relationship with the owner and be able to communicate with them — but that wasn’t the case.

The RV was great and they were very responsive. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the awning as previous renters damaged it and we didn’t have running water for first half of trip but they helped resolve it quickly. Would definitely rent again!

I had a great experience with my recent RV rental. The RV was spotless and well-prepared when I picked it up, and I was given clear instructions before heading out. I had a couple of questions during my trip, and each time the responses were quick, helpful, and professional. Everything was handled efficiently, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from them again.

Adam was a great communicator and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we were well informed and comfortable with the RV before we left. It was an easy process to rent through Fireside!

Monica delivered our RV right on time. Unfortunately, later in the day we discovered a problem that rendered in unusable. Taking the situation completely in stride, Monica switched RV's for us going the extra mile, literally, to make sure a very important weekend for our family was not thrown off track. We cannot thank her enough for the great service.

This was our first RV rental ever. Mark and Christine rented us their lovely Intech Horizon. We are looking to purchase an Intech Dusk and this was an excellent way to see if we could handle towing and living in an RV without buying one. The Intech Horizon RV that we rented was immaculate. Mark took the time to walk us through everything. They answered all our questions (and we had a LOT of them!). We are very happy how all of this went!
