I had such a great experience with Fireside RV! I worked with George throughout the process and he was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Everything was seamless from start to finish, the RV was great, and everything worked out exactly as expected.

The overall experience was not as expexcted. The inside refrigirator did not work at all and eventhough a repair tech came out he could not repair it, he did leave us with a cooler to use. The unit was so warm inside I do think that they knew or should have known it did not work before we arrived. The toilet did not flush very good, not our fault we did all our big business at the comfort station. The hot water was SCALDING HOT and would have been dangerous for a child. Our contact person never called us back about the toilet, and never followed up about the refrigirator repair.

The RV was perfect for us and our pup to have an awesome weekend camping with friends. The team at Fireside is super communicative, helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed (including a smaller camper) to have a great weekend! Would 100% recommend - especially to new RV renters.

It was our first time renting an RV or having an RV experience so we enjoyed experiencing the trip and we enjoyed what we saw, but the RV was not to our expectations.

It was our first time renting an RV and Seth made explained how to utilize the van's components and responded quickly to any questions I had. The van was super clean and exactly as described!

This unit was amazing!! Very clean, cozy, comfortable, very roomy, one of my favorite rentals by far! Super easy communication, very detailed, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would 100% rent this unit again.

Clark saved our vacation. The RV we originally rented from another host was unexpectedly unavailable. Clark was responsive and helpful with a last minute reservation and was an absolute pleasure to work with before, during, and after our trip. We were first timers and Clark was able to teach us what we needed to know and was available to help us with troubleshooting through the entire trip. The RV was as expected and we were very comfortable. We will rent from him again!
