Van didn't start in 36F weather. Wipers didn't work well and were tearing apart.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. In colder weather, the vehicle does have a boost switch available to assist with starting as was communicated during the rental. We’ve also noted your concerns about the wipers and have addressed it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We loved it! Communication and support was prompt. Vehicle handled smoothly. Amenities used were in working order. Hosts were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this rental.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first time renting an RV, and they patiently explained every detail, which made our journey truly unforgettable. The RV was in excellent condition and comfortably accommodated our group of eight, it can easily sleep ten. We had such a wonderful experience, and we will definitely repeat this adventure!

The drop off and setup service was amazing.
The camper was perfect. Everything looked and worked like it was brand new.
Perfect for our dogs to relax in and have their own space.
It made our trip perfect!

The host (Hector) was the absolute best! He reviewed all the ins and outs with us at pick up and was available when we called with a question. The RV was great, perfect for our family's needs, and I will definitely call on this host again!

The rental with the insurances and setting up fees is way more than you would expect to rent a RV. Receipt shown. The hot water was out as soon as we arrived. We called the service number and the franchise owner of Lake St. Louis with no results. The owner would not approve for someone to come out and look at the on demand water heater to which he knew was having problems.|I asked for 50% back and 50% of the RENTAL charge was refunded. It was still $1675 for 5 nights with no hot water! That was with a 50% refund which only was on the renting portion. I could have rented a whole house from airbnb for half that with 2 functional bathrooms with hot water. On top of the charges, there is a refundable $1,000 deposit hold that could remain on your credit card for up to 14 days! The cost to rent a RV is extremely outrageous. Does the customer have to pay $350 to insure for 5 days? Doesn't the owner carry insurance? Why am I being charged for the camper to be cleaned before I rent it? And, it wasn't clean! The floor hadn't been mopped and there were literally cobwebs in the couch! I paid $69 for insurance if we caused damages. That extra insurance charge for the basic protection package is $322.24 and I paid $69 for damage protection.

Natasha and her husband were great to work with and allowed us to come see the van prior to renting. Van was stocked with essentials with option to rent other items if needed. They were also very thorough going over how to properly utilize the equipment on/in the van.

The team at Fireside is absolutely amazing. I ask a lot of questions… the responses were prompt and so helpful! You really feel like a VIP from the booking to the return. The camper arrived clean and well managed. I have no complaints. And BIG BIG THANK YOU for providing a great mattress in the primary bedroom! Sleep was great!
