George was great. David was great. Overall fantastic experience. The RV held up really well between Asheville, NC and Manchester, TN (which is a about a 5 hour drive). While camping, all systems ran extremely well (A/C, water, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, and general power). The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 3 adults with plenty of room to hang out inside the RV when it rained. I highly recommend this RV as well as the services that George provided via his company (Fireside).

I cannot tell you how happy our family was with our experience with this company! George was so nice and personable. We had one or two hicups and he was right there johnny on the spot. The fifth wheel was clean and beautiful and we will be returning customers next year! Do not hesitate to rent from these folks!

The communication with Tim was 5 ⭐️ all the way! The camper was so clean and had everything we needed! We walked into some yummy snacks, a nice hand written note welcoming us and a game of Uno! We felt right at home and we will definitely rent from Tim and Tracy again!

We rented three camper trailers for a girls weekend. Josh was very flexible with adding another camper and a change in delivery time. We had one minor issue over the weekend, but Joshua was responsive and found a solution for us. Overall, we had a great weekend and we’re very happy with the condition of the trailer trailers and Josh’s responsiveness.

We had a wonderful trip with this rental! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and well-equipped. Seth was a fantastic host—super accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We rented a Odin 2014 from the Fireside RV team and unfortunately the experience wasn't great. Below is how I would characterize. Definitely a learning experience on future RV rentals. Team communicated that they would fix the issues for future renters, but definitely items to test below.

We have certainly taken your recommendations to heart, I have supplied this rig with a longer water hose, a longer sewer hose, a water pressure regulator and the elbow which you mentioned that was helpful. Since we are not typically the camper, these suggestions help us and we appreciate them.

Opted for delivery to the show grounds, easy to communicate with, through on the walk through, everything was setup and hauled away with no hassle. Spacious and comfortable for a nice weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful experience renting this RV. Chris was awesome to work with. We stayed close by the pickup location and had a issue getting it started when we stopped to check in. Chris actually drove over, got the battery jumped for us and they stayed until we got everything hooked up to make sure it was all working correctly. No more issues the entire trip. RV was clean and in good condition. We are also hosts with Outdoorsy so we know all it takes for a successful rental. Chris did a great job making sure our experience was a good one. I would highly recommend renting from Fireside RV rental.

Nice camper, and the host was great answering questions before I picked it up. The latch for the trailer to connect to the ball was damaged, it worked but needs to be fixed.

I took my grandmother camping, thinking we were going to have a good time, but what we ended up with were days and nights of survival in the Colorado mountains. The RV had broken pipes—not to mention that they handed it over two and a half hours late, and even then, it wasn't clean—and in the end, they claimed it was my fault. I will never spend my money with you again.

The RV systems were tested and ready for us at pick up. Fireside RV found the onboard generator wasn't working and added a separate unit on a bumper hitch rack so we could cool the fridge while driving. Most of the 110 outlets didn't work in RV, but we made due with the 3 that did. The shower handle is cracked and sprayed directly out of the shower but a washcloth wrapped around the handle contained the mess. The RV itself is in good condition and drives pretty well after a quick stop at Discount Tire to bring the tire pressure back where its supposed to be (all 6 were under by more than 20psi)
