About Giant Recreation World
We have a fleet of 35 rentals both pull behinds & motorized. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for our motor homes. We do allow towing @ no charge with our motor homes max weight 5.000lbs. We are the only company that rents current year models year-round. Plus, ours are fully loaded meaning, they do come with multiple TV's inside and out. Power awnings, generators (drivable motorhomes only), full kitchen, and full bath. Our rentals are more like one you would own. Check the competition, no one does what we do!

We rented a 2024 Pursuit 31. The ride felt like riding in a school bus in the 70's. Very noisy. When u hit a bump the body rattled and was very rough. And almost every bump the radio went off. And that was the good part. When we got to our destination. The gray tank which was the waste water backed up into the bathroom sink. When checking the outside gages. The tank was full. And the toilet sewage tank was half full. It says in paperwork that tanks were to be empty when we received vehicle. The interior was in poor condition. The cabinet doors plastic fake wood layer was peeling off. The bathroom door had been taped so company was aware of condition. There is rust at the bottom of the refrigerator. Which I found weird being it was a 2024. The bed spread on the bed was visibly dirty. Looked like the last renters had used it for a blanket on the ground. It was black all around the edges and had dirty black footprints all over. I can't believe the person putting it on the bed didn't see it. I was so disgusted that I washed it because I was afraid they would put it back on the bed. There was a brown slime around the sink. The water heater did not work when using electric mode and shut off when on gas. That's why we were only able to take one shower. Luckily where we stayed we were able to use their shower. My advice to anyone thinking about renting a motorhome. Bring cleaning supplies. And check tanks. Don't assume that your paperwork is accurate. Paperwork states that they charge $50 to dump tanks if renter doesn't do it. I think they need to pay us for dumping countless renters poop and used water tanks. Worst experience I've ever had.

Every time I rent an RV these people are the greatest. They have everything I need when I need it. They’re very friendly. They go over everything with you thoroughly if anything happens on your trip they definitely take care of you. They will drive out to your location, help you out. We had a great experience! The RV was available when we needed it and the guidance we received before leaving was excellent! There were a few broken items (one cracked cabinet door, no blind on the entrance door), but overall really great. We will rent here again!
