Always a pleasure renting from Giant RV. This trip went perfectly. Pick up was quick and easy. Brand new RV was ready to go. It had 1200 total miles on it. Drove great. Drop off was quick and easy. Zero issues.

We had an excellent experience with Giant Recreation. It was our first motorhome trip, and the employee was impeccably helpful in teaching us all the functions and procedures. The vehicle was new and very well equipped. Upon return, we were not surprised by any hidden or malicious charges in the contract; we only paid for what was clearly agreed upon. We will certainly take other RV trips and will definitely use Giant Recreation's services again.

Loved the experience from beginning to end. Pick up was a breeze and the training was fantastic. Aside from a few small issues with the rv itself that we could easily work around, the trip was amazing. Looking forward to the next one.

5-Star Review – Highly Recommend Great Recreation World!
We rented a very nice, newer 25' RV from Great Recreation World over Thanksgiving weekend for a family visit, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.We specifically wanted an RV so we could bring our two large dogs, park right on our family’s property, and still have our own private space (without imposing on anyone’s home). Great Recreation World made that dream trip possible and stress-free.From the moment we started shopping for an RV rental, it was clear that Great Recreation World is in a completely different league. While other companies we looked at were run by inexperienced staff, offered older RVs in rough condition, and provided virtually no customer service, Great Recreation World was the exact opposite. Their team is passionate and seriously knowledgeable about RVing, they set you up with a clean, well-maintained, newer RV, and they take the time to thoroughly walk you through every detail before you leave the lot. Their pricing is also very competitive — you truly get what you pay for and more.What really sets them apart is the support during your trip. When we picked up a nail and ended up with a slow-leaking tire, we were able to limp into a gas station before it went completely flat. I called the team, and Tom (the manager) immediately jumped into action. He stayed in constant communication with us, found a qualified roadside service technician, and didn’t stop checking in until we were safely back on the road. That level of care made all the difference, especially as first-time RVers.Every staff member we dealt with was friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience. Thanks to Tom and the entire Great Recreation World team, our Thanksgiving trip with our dogs was perfect. We came home already talking about our next adventure — and we won’t even consider renting from anyone else.If you’re looking for a top-notch RV rental experience with people who truly care, look no further than Great Recreation World. My family enjoyed the Coachmen Mirada 35ESF. Easy process and easy pick-up and drop-off. Customer svc was great and answered all questions. They even came out and unlocked the RV for us after we locked ourselves out. Will be booking again next year for same time.
