3.0This RV needs a full maintenance before being rented out again. Running water and A/C did not work when we rented it. The hosts did refund us 20% of the rental price, but I feel like they did not take our concerns with the repairs seriously, so I would be cautious about renting. They said they would come fix the running water issue in the morning and then never showed up. Also the pictures on the listing were taken when the camper was newer and do not accurately depict the cosmetic damage inside the camper. Otherwise, the host was very friendly and pick-up and drop-off was easy. If you rent this camper I would message the host first and make sure it has been maintenanced and the concerns were addressed.

This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
