"The Colorado" is a 2022 Thor motor coach with low miles. This RV is equipped with everything you and your family need to have a great vacation! For sleeping, there is a master queen size bed, a queen size overhead bed, and a full size dinette conversion bed. It contains a fridge and freezer that run on both electric and gas, a microwave, an oven, and a stove. For entertainment, there is a 40 inch TV on the inside and 32 inch TV on the outside of the RV. It has a generator, a propane tank, and a good amount of storage space. There are side and back up cameras for easy driving. "The Colorado" is a great way to have fun and explore everything Texas has to offer.Not only will you be provided a detailed walkthrough of the RV upon pick up, I also provide detailed instructions to take with you on your trip with QR links to demonstration videos if you need a reminder on some of the features. 8.) The RV may be taken anywhere except outside the contiguous United States except beaches.
9.) The RV should not be driven over 70 MPH. Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in loss of deposit.
10.) Owner must be notified of pets. 2 pets are allowed under 25 lbs for a fee. Failure to pay the pet fee or notify the owner of a pet will result in loss of deposit.
11.) Tolls must be paid by the renter in full + a $15 administrative fee. Tickets must be paid by the renter in full + a $75 administration fee. An out of state fee of $50 will be held if traveling out of state.
12.) Do not get on the roof of the RV. Doing so will result in loss of deposit.

14.) Cleaning is charged a $75 fee per hour. This includes the insides and outsides of the RV. Minimum of 1 HR.
