Review summary
Provides clear helpful explanations
Hosts ensure a smooth experience by thoroughly explaining van functions and being accommodating and flexible with renters, making the process unintimidating and setting up for great trips.
Easy to drive and navigate
The van is easy to drive with a helpful navigation system, a comfortable and well-designed interior, and a strong heater. It's well-equipped with storage, a full kitchen, and a comfy queen bed, making it luxurious and reliable with well-charged batteries.

5.0What a great build out on this van! It had everything we needed and we grabbed a card for maybe a build out on our own van one day. Nice guys running this rental too. We took Raquel to the great smoky mountains national park.

5.0This was so much fun! The van is easy to drive, has plenty of storage, and they really have thought of everything. There were times it was a little tight with 2 adults and medium sized dog, but it wasn't that much of an issue. I was surprised how comfortable everything was and the hosts do a great job of explaining how things work, making the experience not intimidating at all. We had some super cold nights and managed to stay warm enough with the van's heater. Having been a tent camper for years, this was truly luxurious!

5.0We had a great trip and really enjoyed the van—it’s very comfortable, and the heater worked well for the colder moments. We didn’t end up using the toilet, but everything else functioned smoothly. The kitchen setup is a nice start, with a small pot and frying pan provided. For our needs, we found it helpful to bring along a larger pot, a big spoon, and a spatula—just something future travelers might want to consider depending on their cooking plans. Since we were on the move each day, the batteries stayed well charged without needing to plug in, and we never dropped below 45%, which was reassuring. Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you!
