This was our first time RV'ing. The company renting the RV was very easy to deal with. They even sent someone 4 hrs to our destination to fix the automatic stair that stalled on the first day of our trip. The fees were straight forward and all paperwork was handled virtually. We would highly recommend Ace Rentals.

Not sure why I had 2 roadside assistance packages. Confusing and unnecessary cost. RV was awesome. Fahad was outstanding on Sunday afternoon, coming to our house on his day off to fix the slide which would not retract.
