This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the RV itself, to the customer support, to the customer service. The fridge stopped working in the RV after the first day, and everything in the freezer and fridge melted and spoiled. When I contacted RVR Kelowna about the issue, their response was “is the fridge turned on”. The engine battery suddenly died without reason and RVR Kelownas response was “that’s weird”. The stove would not work properly despite being able to smell propane coming out of the burners and RVR Kelowna’s solution was “make sure the propane is on”. The RV would suddenly die without cause, nothing would work, despite the battery showing 13+ volts in the battery. Nothing in the RV was reliable. The manuals in the RV weren’t even for the RV, they were only for the front cans engine, so we couldn’t even try and troubleshoot the issues on our own. the whole experience was an absolute nightmare. And to top it off RVR Kelowna offered zero useful troubleshooting and then offered zero compensation for the product which we paid thousands of dollars to rent, for failing. Nor did RVR Kelowna reimburse us for the $400 of groceries which spoiled due to the fridge and freezer failing. I would caution anyone thinking of renting an RV from RVR Kelowna.

if you want to rent a RV from anyone, RVR is the place for you . the RV we rented was fully equipped and in good condition, everything you needed for the trip was there, very friendly and able staff, reasonable pricing, a wonderful experience, i urge everyone to try. especially in the Okanagan area as RVR is in Lake Country and easier than picking it up in a major city

This was the first time I had ever rented an RV and found the experience a real adventure. Although the RV was a little older it was exceptionally clean and performed very well. We rented this vehicle for ten days to explore Northern BC and enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Due to complications we were three days late picking up the RV however the company was kind enough to extend our rental at the tail end without charging extra fees. The only glitch is they have to put together a small manual just reminding us how to refuel the water tanks, turn on and off all the electronic devices. A fifteen minute tutorial for a first time user is great if only we could remember what all those switches, bells and whistles were for ten minutes after the lesson. Fortunately at all the camp site we visited other campers were only too happy to assist us, especially when emptying the grey water system for the first time. Overall it was a fantastic experience that two old seventy year olds will always treasure. Thank you RVR Kelowna.
