Well it started off with a nice girl giving us the ins and outs of the MH. Then it came to the awning. Sorry it doesn't work. We should have said no go at that point. It was going to be rainy where we going. We wanted to sit outside most of the time and now this part of our plan was set back. They did give us a portable shelter (no instructions). I put together properly (as I have one at home). Then the rain came and it collapsed. It was not fun putting up in the rain and absolutely no fun putting it away in the rain. The girl also mentioned that the fridge handle was loose. On the first day on the road it came off completely. It was a real pain ( three hands needed) to open the fridge. Then they wanted us to take it to a repair shop on our time to have repaired. We were at our sons wedding. We had no time. Also the black tank continued to register full even after emptying. I know things don't always go as planned,but they never offered any compensation, refund or alternatives. This was frustrating.

The entire experience was great. Trailer was very clean and suited our stay perfectly. Tim the gentleman who dropped off and picked up for us was outstanding to deal with.

I really appreciate the flexibility staff showed us in adjusting our rental dates as wildfire and family circumstances intervened. The delivery, setup, and takedown of the trailer was good as was the operating condition of the trailer.

We rented the Jayco 10ft 10SD tent trailer, and when we went to pick it up we got the feeling the staff preparing it didn't have a ton of experience with these trailers. They had trouble taking it down after we did our walk through. They also sent us with extremely bald tires, but surprisingly they survived the trip. The thermostat didn't work and the battery would only last about a day before needing to be recharged. They also lit the pilot light in the trailer before sending us on our way which is incredibly dangerous. Giving 2 stars because their service was good and everyone was very nice, and they didn't charge us for the late fee because it took us over an hour to get it cranked down due to the dying battery. Probably wouldn't rent from here again. If we did we would want a more experienced person doing the walk through with us, and I am hoping some repairs are made before the next person rents it (we let the staff know all of our issues when we checked out.)

Both the RV & the contents included were as described in the listing. Online information of both were quite detailed &, for the most part, quite accurate. Pre-travel communication was good, pickup & drop-off went smoothly, staff friendly & helpful. No problems recommending!!

Delivery & pickup were excellent, quick and friendly staff. Trailer was clean and well stocked. We had to purchase hand soap, tissue and paper towel but everything else was there. Would be nice if they installed a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Prices are reasonable. Communication was quick and staff were responsive. I would highly recommend.

RVR Kelowna was incredible. The process of picking up the trailer and dropping off the trailer was seamless. We rented the E 17 escape hatch and the trailer was everything and more than we imagined during our camping trip. We forgot a bunch of stuff, but the trailer was fully loaded with every single item you could imagine extremely happy with RVR and will definitely be renting a trailer from them again next year thank you everybody on the RVR team for making it such a pleasurable holiday.

The RV from RVR was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and easy to take care of during our trip. Travelling as a couple it was roomy enough and the facilities all worked well. Thanks for a great trip, albeit shortened because of the wildfire smoke conditions that week.

This could have been a great trip as the trailer itself was set-up well but it had a terrible smell every time the air conditioner turned on, like sour, rotting garbage. We were gagging and could hardly stay in the trailer and it was way too hot to keep it turned off. It got slightly better for one day then got even worse again for the rest of the trip. We phoned and the owners didn't seem to care, told us to phone a maintenance person, which would have cost us money, and then told us to call road side assistance, which we did and they said they couldn't help with that type of thing. We phoned Outdoorsy and they didn't do anything either. We were very unimpressed paying $2500 to rent a trailer that clearly had something horrifically wrong with it and were equally unimpressed with Outdoorsy for not protecting the client in any way. The main bed was also like sleeping on a board, they do need a better mattress.
