5.0Once again, RVR Kelowna exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed. We usually rent the mid-sized unit but due to unavailability, we rented the large Class C. So much more room and the large bathroom was a bonus!! This was our 8th year renting from Nancy and we will be back next year as well.

1.0We rented a deluxe motorhome for our wedding, which was the most expensive unit mainly to ensure we had hot water whenever we needed it. The pick up process was smooth and everything seemed great at the start and the staff was friendly but unfortunately after 1 day of a 5 night rental, the hot water tank heater stopped working which meant we had no hot water in any of the taps or the shower. We contacted the company to address our concerns and were told they would reach out to maintenance to further diagnose, we followed everything that they told us to do and unfortunately it still did not resolve the issue. It also led to us taking away several hours from our wedding to try to diagnose the issue to ensure we had hot water. Unfortunately the issue was never resolved which left us with having no hot water and freezing cold showers during our wedding weekend. When we dropped the RV off, I let the company know again of the issues we faced and was hoping to receive some sort of compensation due to the unit not working as it should for 4 out of the 5 nights we booked but sadly nothing was offered, it felt as if the issue was dismissed quickly which is sad given we booked this unit for our special day. It was very expensive for the poor quality of the unit that was supposed to be a deluxe motorhome

5.0Service 10/10, A+ service and friendly people, very welcoming!!! No complaints at all trip went without a hitch, 1500kms Okanagan to Rockies Loop was a blast. If I had to nitpick something the RV we had was showing its age a bit, but she got us there and back all good!!!
