The Ford Transit camper is the perfect vehicle for the family who wants to be extra comfortable on the road and have ample sleeping and storage space. The front swivel chairs and extendable table works beautifully for a family of 4 to dine or play games inside the van. The wrap around awning extends easily for sun and rain protection. There is a slide out kitchen at the rear of the van for cooking meals and 21 gallons of fresh water on board for cooking and cleaning. There is a auxiliary battery for charging devices and for powering the 12v refrigerator. You have the option of plugging into shore power for full 120v access.When it’s time for bed, 2 people can comfortably sleep on the memory foam bed below, and 2 people can sleep under the comfortable canvas tent pop top above. We include a down comforter with duvet, pillows, sheets and towels for 2 however you can add a second set of bedding for an additional fee.The kitchen is stowed completely under the bed and is accessed by sliding out the rear of the vehicle. We include a roll up table, fold up chairs, 12v cooler, two burner gas stove and stocked kitchen ware that includes just about everything to cook a meal for 4.We take your vacation seriously. Our fleet of 30 campervans are maintained in house by our mechanic, specializing in VW repair. We give each vehicle a thorough mechanical inspection before every trip insuring your road trip to be hassle free. We have been in business for 8 years, have had 1000's of happy customers and our shop is located close to the Portland airport.

We specialize in providing adventure camping vehicles ready to explore Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We also offer a selection of vans in Phoenix, AZ to explore the southwest (Road Trip Arizona). Our vehicles come stocked with everything you will need for your road trip including bedding, cooking and kitchenware, cleaning supplies, maps, guide books, camp chairs and more. Our Portland OR. location is conveniently located 3 miles from the Portland International Airport and just a block from the light rail MAX station making it easy to get to and from the airport or just about anywhere in Portland. Our Phoenix location, is located at 5346 N. 91st ave in Glendale AZ about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor.

Our normal pick up time is 11am however special arrangements can be made to pick up anytime between 9am - 5 pm subject to availability. Please confirm a pick up time at least one week before your rental and make sure to let us know if you are going to be early or late. Rentals are based on a 24 hr rental period meaning the pick up and drop off times are the same. It is possible to extend your drop off time however we charge extra in 1/2 day increments.

We already shared our feedback. It was a good trip overall. Wished there had been a cover for the windshield at night and we ran out of propane on the last night. We didn't know there was an adapter for the smaller tank. Also, there was some pieces of trash/food in the pop up bed area.

The van was perfect. It included everything we needed, even a special kids spoon for our youngest. We will definitely get another Basalt if we have the chance. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog.
