Renter went off-roading at night and got upset after I confronted them about running over a big rock and breaking my undercarriage. Renter tried to scam by returning the rv at night and not disclosing the damages but thankfully Outdoorsy ordered for them to pay me for what they did to the vehicle.

Renter’s plans changed last minute and they wanted to cancel their trip. They asked for a refund but it was not possible to issue one and they got upset.
