Beautiful 22 foot Class C RV that comes fully equipped with everything you need to hit the road for a weekend getaway, family camping or road trip adventure. Easy to drive, good gas mileage, small enough for virtually all state campgrounds, and maneuvers easily on all roads, but roomy inside, comfortably sleeping 6, with plenty of storage space.This unit has a rear queen bed with comfortable mattress & privacy curtains. Also has an over the cab bed that has a privacy curtain, and a table that converts to a two person bed. Pots, pans, flatware, dishes, wine opener, paper towels, cleaning products, etc., are also included.Full bathroom with shower and all the essentials, including towels and TP! Kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-door refrigerator/freezer, gas 3-burner stove, double sink, and even a coffee maker. There is a dining table with 2 bench seats that comfortably seats 4 adults. The closet for hanging clothes or coats has access through the bedroom or dining area. Lots of drawers for clothing, and plenty of storage cabinets to stow your bags or supplies. TV and DVD player, cable TV hook up, and USB ports for charging devices.There is a large under unit storage area that has plenty of room for you to add any personal equipment, and we can provide a bike rack if you want to load your bikes for the journey. If you haven't taken an RV vacation yet, this is the perfect size and class of rig to start out with. If you are a repeat renter, this is the rig to take your rental experience to the next level.Exterior LED track lighting, 18 foot electric awning. All the comforts of a home on wheels that you can take with you around the Golden State.Dogs allowed $100.00 pet fee per dog up to 35 pounds, 2 dog limit.We love sharing our home-away-from-home with you, please be aware of the following requests we have to ensure our home on wheels gets returned to us in the same condition it was received. Please wash and replace all dishes and utensils. The bathroom toilet and shower must be wiped down before returning the RV. The refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven must be wiped down as well. Please sweep the floor and make sure there are no stains on the upholstery or beds. There will be extra charges if these basic requests have not been completed. Please be courteous and considerate of other guests and care for our home away from home to avoid extra charges.Included in all rentals:

After getting stood up by several other RV owners, my family locked in on this RV in Sac. We got an immediate response and booked ASAP since our trip was starting on the 4th of July. Even though it was a holiday, Ryker’s team came through and we got our rental for the weekend. Amazing communication, Ben met us at the designated time and gave me a tour and run down of how everything worked.

When booking the RV, the host leaves an entire paragraph of items that were to be included, such as pots, pans, silverware, paper towels, coffee maker etc. etc. There was absolutely nothing in this camper. It was completely unstocked and not ready for the trip we had planned. We did not pack any of these items anticipating they were all going to be in the camper ready to go, so it took us another 2 hours to pack the needed items that were missing which delayed our trip.
The camper itself is out-dated and pretty crappy, nothing like the photos. The awning is torn. The steering is loose, there is alot of play in the steering wheel, so it was hard to drive in the windy mountains. Everything rattled on the interior and it was very loud while driving. The bathroom was stinky and we did not use the shower. The pick-up location is also sketchy at some junk yard in Sacramento. Overall, bad experience.
