I said I was NOT going to write a review even though I was LIED too several times but when I was LIED on by Ryker to outdoorsy, I had a problem! If his pleasant deminer would out weigh his greed and inability to accept accountability he would be the PERFECT host! I am a woman that travels alone so I purchased his Starlink package which ran me $300. I knew the 3 day event I was attending had very lil reception last yr and I had a pre scheduled meeting every day I was gone. Ryker had to have paid for the bare minimum service which cut out within 30 mins. I called then texted Ryker but neither went through. Several ppl with the same service tried helping me reconnect, download the app etc with no luck. We tried different things for over a hr, At that time I saw the event offer wifi so I purchased it. Immediately my text went through to Ryker and he sent a message " I know what the problem is" and 10 mins later he told me it should work. I explained ( with screenshots) the only reason you even got my message was because I purchased another wifi and unplugged his. He gave me a thumbs up. My assumption was, after explaining in detail about my meeting, he knew I needed reliable WIFI which I now purchased. There were several issues with the camper battery and he text back immediately and walked me through what I had to do. Everything was great until after I dropped the camper back off and sent him a thank you text but also wanted to discuss a refund of the unused portion of Starlink. He brushed me off and I had to get outdoorsy involved. He brushed them off too until I put in a dispute. I liked his camper so much ( despite it cutting off on me serval time) my solution WAS going to be, take the PARCEL refund off of my next yrs fee. Unfortunately he brushed me off. Once the dispute was in I got a text. In the text he stated how he had to pay $200 for unlimited WIFI. My suggestion after this incident was, pay for unlimited for every customer because it could be the difference between life and death in a remote area. He WHOLEHEARTEDLY agreed. ASK IF YOU HAVE UNLIMITED WIFI!! He tried to get me to agree to a $100 refund and would forgo the $35 OVER MILEAGE (100 miles to be exact) fee he never mentioned until now, which was a LIE! I paid for 600 miles and round trip to my event never went past 500! When I ask to see the overage he claimed he deleted it! RECORD YOU OWN MILAGE! I only ask for $175 back, that 2 1/2 days even though it was only connected for a half hr total my whole trip. I was stuck in the airport for a day, arrived late and had to rent a hotel room. I felt that day I lost was on me! He agreed to the additional $75. The biggest problem I have is the LIE he told outdoorsy to try and shift the blame on me, that I used up all the data! One full day I paid for the camper was still on his property! Then LIED to me and said he refunded me $100 already but I only received $75! Once contacting outdoorsy again with MORE screenshots they told me a I'm a additional $100 had been deposited! Sir you have ppl/ families that rely on and trust you enough to put their lives in your hands, AGAIN is saving a couple dollars on wifi worst having them stranded somewhere unable to call for help if needed?? Hopefully this experience and review will open your eyes to the BIGGER picture, safety over profit! The profit will be more abundant with no LIES, better communication , understanding of your customers situation and end in great reviews!! I had planned on giving a outstanding review but again you brushed me off!! Lastly advise your customers you have a apple tracker in your camper!! I was scared at first when you activated it after 1am when I texted you I arrived at my destination and the wifi was not connecting. You didn't respond to that text but my phone alerted me there was a apple tracker near by. It also gave me the availability to locate the tracker which was under the bench cushion behind the drivers seat. At first I thought it may have been someone else because you never mentioned it to me! Because the security of the event I was attending allowed me to stay in a safe area around staff and vendors I calmed down! Do Better, we don't ask for anything from your business for free, our money should pay for a peace of mind and better customer care!

My communication with Ryker was excellent. He assisted me in getting everything hooked up, and the team helped me disconnect when I dropped it off. We encountered no issues during our first experience in an Airstream, and overall, it was a fantastic adventure. The highlight for me was the bed; it provided the best sleep I've ever had while glamping.

Sofa pull out bed was unusable as a bed, with very uneven surface. Caused major inconvenience for guest sleep.

I had a last minute need for an RV for a weekend and Ryker and his staff were responsive, flexible, professional throughout the process which made the transaction smooth and hassle-free.

The most terrible experience ever. The RV was in ridiculous condition. Was not able to use shower at all. Water leak everywhere. Stove was broken. RV was nasty. (3) Empty drinks left up on overhead. Pet fur everywhere.

The motorhome was clean and ready for me when I picked it up. We had a great time camping at Bear River Reservoir in it. Everything ran good and everything worked. We returned it. Tony was a great help and Ryker is a good host.

Everything was amazing with the RV. It got the job done, it had the space, it worked out for our EDCLV25 camping trip. Ryker had the best communication! Looking forward to next year!

Great RV only reason i didnt give a 5 star for mechanical. is because ive owned several. You cant predict what will break. He responded fast. we still had a blast!
