1.0This RV was not what we expect the generator did not work. We where supposed to go to Arizona and we were not able to do it because of this when my husband picked up the RV the tanks of the black water where completely fool the water tank empty. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, I definitely will not recommend this camper. Very bad experience.

3.0The RV systems were tested and ready for us at pick up. Fireside RV found the onboard generator wasn't working and added a separate unit on a bumper hitch rack so we could cool the fridge while driving. Most of the 110 outlets didn't work in RV, but we made due with the 3 that did. The shower handle is cracked and sprayed directly out of the shower but a washcloth wrapped around the handle contained the mess. The RV itself is in good condition and drives pretty well after a quick stop at Discount Tire to bring the tire pressure back where its supposed to be (all 6 were under by more than 20psi)

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation. Here are our contract terms: [URL removed] Burning man is not allowed, Insurance will not cover the vehicle at this event.
