This is one of the best well built premium design campers out there that can be enjoyed anywhere, any season.Gvwr is 5400lbs, dry weight with two full 10gal propane tanks is 3900lbs easily towable with V6 or V8 SUV, mid-size or full-size truck. Hitch weight is 275lbs.45gals fresh, 40gals grey and 40gals black tanks, insulated and heated for all-season camping.Large fridge and freezer. LCD Hdtv with amplified antenna. 6 speaker stereo with AM/FM/Noaa Weather, DVD, CD, USB and Aux inputs. 3 burner stove with good-sized oven. 20,000BTU furnace with ducted heating. 13,500 BTU AC. Fantastic vent. 7 gal hot water heater. Fridge/freezer and water heater dual electric/propane. 12ft power awning.Queen size bed with overhead storage which converts into kid's size bed. Slide out room with U-shaped dinette and removable table which converts to queen size bed.Private bathroom with porcelain toilet, shower and pedestal basin with medicine cabinet and mirror. Outside shower.Lots of storage. Aluminum and Azdel construction. Excellent condition, clean and well maintained.The camper is thoroughly cleaned and prepped before your trip and hope our guests will enjoy the camper just as we do , in return, we expect guests take care of it and bring it back clean.

RecommendationsWe have used this camper mostly with full hookup and one of our favorite places Salisbury State Park and dry camping at Nickerson State Park( with the generator) small refrigerator is there but we do take an extra cooler. Other things to noteWe try our best to make sure to give the camper to you in the best condition possible and in return expect you to bring it back as close as possible. In a pop-up camper there's a lot of moving component so please use extra care when handling any moving component.
