3.0The communication was very attentive , thorough, and timely. The RV was very nice but although it appeared clean the surfaces (table,counters) were not sanitary. When wiped the wipes were very soiled. This led to a perception of a non sanitary environment. We were then uncomfortable with the cleanliness of linens etc. Jacob was very nice and helpful. However after setup there was a terrible odor of sewage outside and inside the RV. We had to have him come back out to correct it. I would hesitate to use your services again.
