Our camper was great, however, we recommended you guys to our friends, The Collins family and to say they had a less than desirable experience would be an understatement. We have rented from you guys multiple times and will again in the future but the unit that was delivered to my friends was in horrible condition and ended up not only having maintenance/repair issues, when it came to repairing it they didn't even bother to turn on the AC to cool the unit down and it smelled horrible for the duration of the stay. They are gracious people and not sure they would say anything but as a repeat customer and the person that referred them, i felt compelled to convey my issues.

This is our 4 year of renting from Brent at Escape RV. They are a top notch RV rental Firm. Unit is always clean and everything works. The set up is great this Firm is your Turn Key RV rental service.
Cannot not speak highly enough about Escape RV. We typically rent 7 to 10 RV's a year.

The travel trailer was very nice, and had ample supply of kitchen utensils/cookware, towels, and camp chairs. Unfortunately, the A/C unit for the rear bedroom (zone 3) did not cool. The air blew out of the vents but was not cold enough to cool that room lower than 78 degrees. Also, when the trailer was set up on the property, it was leveled from front to back, but was not leveled side to side, so it was leaning slightly to the right. I wish I would have realized this before the person who delivered the trailer (I think his name was Troy) left the property. I communicated with Brent on the Outdoorsy app prior to our trip, and he was helpful, and very timely with his responses to our questions. Would definitely rent from Escape RV again.

We had an excellant time with our two grandkids. All functioned as it should, and all was clean and neat.
A couple of suggestions:
There is no oven, which is no big deal as long as we know this before hand. The micro is not a convection oven.
Provide K cups for the coffee maker or let us know to bring them.
Provide dish towels.
We expected bar soap (like hotels have) in the shower (or body wash). Would be nice to put this in the discriptions so we would know what to bring..

Had an amazing trip in ‘Moana’. Extremely communicative and helpful with all questions. They had the whole camper set up and ready for fun at the campsite before we had even arrived! It was clean and spacious! Love the dual master layout! Great for multi-families traveling together! Will definitely be using them again for future trips!
