Review summary
Responsive communication & convenient service
Guests consistently praise the host's quick and clear communication, prompt responses, and the convenience of delivery and setup services, often highlighting the 'heavy lifting' aspect. Some experienced delays with delivery or early pickup times, which the owner clarified were due to park regulations and busy schedules.
Clean, functional, but specific amenity concerns
The camper is generally lauded for being clean, well-maintained, and having functioning amenities like TV and heat. However, there are recurring complaints about bathroom issues, including sewage backups and shower drainage. The Murphy bed's comfort and description were criticized. Guests also suggested including an oven, K-cups, and dish towels.

5.0Although they delivered the RV a little later than I had hoped, the RV itself was great. The fridge/freezer worked great. The AC cooled the unit. The shower was larger than I expected. There was sufficient room for my wife and me to live comfortably for a few days. It was a great trip.

5.0So happy with our trip I have no thought of anything that could be improved upon. I would say the biggest wins were the condition of the camper and the shear convenience of having you guys do all the heavy lifting. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a used and abused camper and then told I have to do “this that and the other” to give it back to you. For our situation we will most likely use you again for more trips to Fort Wilderness at Disney so whatever you have to do to keep that business relationship going , PLEASE DO!!! :)

5.0We had an excellant time with our two grandkids. All functioned as it should, and all was clean and neat. A couple of suggestions: There is no oven, which is no big deal as long as we know this before hand. The micro is not a convection oven. Provide K cups for the coffee maker or let us know to bring them. Provide dish towels. We expected bar soap (like hotels have) in the shower (or body wash). Would be nice to put this in the discriptions so we would know what to bring.. Thanks, Bud and Dani
