Well-Equipped but Had Issues
RV arrived spotless, stocked with thoughtful essentials, and was comfortable. However, guests reported shower drainage problems, GFI issues, and serious sewage backups into the shower.

3For the amount of money it cost to rent this RV I was not impressed with the service from this rental company! I had the RV rented for the entire day yet it was not delivered to my RV site at Fort Wilderness till 2:00pm! My site was ready at 12:30 and I was there waiting for it to be delivered till 2:00pm! Then on checkout I was to be out of the site by 9:00am! Again I had the rental for the entire day and yet I had to be out by 9:00am! Checkout at Fort Wilderness was at 11:00am! Lost 2 hours of relaxation having to hustle to be out by 9:00am!Also the bed mattress was TERRIBLE! In the rental picture the bed was made to look like a queen bed when in reality it was a Murphy bed with a couch squished underneath the split mattress and a sloped sleeping area! Again for the amount of money I spent on this rental I feel like I got taken advantage of and would never rent again from this organization!

5We had the tinker bell at fort wilderness and it was great. The TV had everything we needed for our family of 4, it was very cold for new year and the heat worked great.

The RV was spotless when we arrived, and they even stocked it with thoughtful essentials like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper — things I honestly didn’t expect to be included but really appreciated. A few weeks before our trip, the company let us know they had to switch our reserved RV for another one due to changes in their fleet. I’ll admit, I wasn’t thrilled about the change at first, but they handled it professionally and made sure we still had everything we needed. Customer service was very kind, quick to respond, and easy to reach. In the end, the RV was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our Disney vacation. I’d definitely rent from them again.
