Wake up to the smell of pancakes using our portable grill/griddle, relax under the cool shade of the power awning with our 6 pack of camping chairs provided for your comfort, and keep the kids entertained with Saturday morning cartoons on the smart tv. When the sun sets, hang the patio lights, snuggle up by the fire, and enjoy a roasted marshmallow with our s’more making kit. The trailer weighs approximately 3300 lbs.- MUST watch intro video- To spark flame on stove, please use the provided grill lighter- Follow all check-in and out instructions- Leave decor in original place- Any open flame is prohibited inside of the trailer- No smoking or use of marijuana at any time inside of the trailer- Keep towels and linens inside trailer- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occurs while on premises- If staying at RV park please respect all rules- Please return additional camping supplies to their original locations- Guests should wash the dishes used- Guests should empty septic tank (locations can be provided upon request)- We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay and are not responsible for any items left behindThank you for being respectful and following the House Rules.
