GRW provided great service, fixing issues promptly (under 2 hours) and proactively assisting when the RV broke down, ensuring guests could continue their vacation.
Frequent functional and driving issues
RV had non-functional levelers, dash radio, and exterior lighting. Dash air conditioning failed to cool the entire RV while driving. One major breakdown was reported.

4.0Ease of renting was good. The manual that came with the RV was not applicable for this RV and was missing a lot of information. Besides a major item (levelers) not working there were a bunch of other items that were not working well. You cannot hear the tv's inside the RV when the airco is running, the radio on the dash didn't work, outside lighting did not work (or is not there), dash airco does not cool the entire rv while driving, etc.
