Joseph and his wife are lovely hosts - good at communicating and they made picking up and dropping off the rig a breeze. We felt particularly good about Joseph being a mechanic, so we knew the RV would be in good shape. The rig itself is very large and comfortable, especially with both pop-outs deployed (one of them developed an issue during the prior renter's use, and the part was still on order when we picked it up, but we were able to use it nevertheless). It offers lots of storage in the outside bins and plenty onboard, as well. We used the TV in the living area and it worked fine for us - make sure you bring a Firestick, Roku, etc., and mifi or other internet access device. Mechanically the RV is in very good shape, and we felt very confident on out-of-the-way highways. Aesthetically, even though the rig is quite new, it's been enjoyed a lot, so there's some peeling cabinet veneer here and some dings and scratches and a droopy cushion there; nothing that affected our use of the RV, and as much about the iffy build-quality of today's RVs as anything else. The generator, water and waste systems, fridge, stove, and microwave all worked well. They provided plenty of linens and pots, pans, and kitchen essentials. Thank you, Joseph, for a safe and comfortable trip!

I had a great experience! Greg was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent from him again. The trailer is new, and has lots of bells and whistles. It's very well designed, but you can't dry camp for more than a few days due to the tanks' limited capacity. It would be great with hookups.
The newness actually caused some problems. The heater made a bad smell due to the chemicals that haven't burned off. I had to remove the smoke alarm because the heater made it go off. The trailer is well equipped, and had some extras that most don't have like an ice maker and an air fryer. There was also a portable rechargeable big battery that ran my Cpap and charged phones, etc. without requiring the generator, though you'd have to turn it on once a day for a couple hours to recharge. There was a nice Keurig coffeemaker and a variety of hot and cold pods for it, but no coffee cups. Also there was dish soap, but no sponge or brush to clean dishes, and no mirror of any kind.
These oversights were minor inconveniences, which I'm sure Greg will have remedied before it's rented out again.

This is the 2nd time we rent the rv and it’s always super clean ready to go. Communication is fast and understanding 10/10 would recommend renting.
