Kristina and her husband were great hosts. It was our first time renting an RV and we didn't know anything about them or camping for that matter. Upon receiving the RV they took time to get us acquainted with their RV, give us tips and before that trip, told us everything we would need to ensure we had a comfortable trip with our kids. The RV looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. We had our 2 toddlers and they were happy as clams sitting in their car seats watching movies during the drive, probably the best road trip yet with them lol. We had a few hiccups like that coffee maker not working but we honestly couldn't tell if that was user error or not. They were very flexible with us on return time and even when we came back much later than expected, they were very gracious about it. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone!

Sean was very flexible and accommodating both with allowing us to pickup early and struggling to get back. Unfortunately, we experienced engine issues that caused us to miss our planned activities, and it took 24 hours to receive a response as to how to proceed. The inside of the RV is well loved, but very clean, comfortable, and well stocked, so it was still a good value. Sean also provided a very thorough walkthrough prior to departure. Overall, though it was disappointing not to be able to do the activities we had been looking forward to, engine trouble can happen to anyone, and our only complaint would be the delay in communication to address it.
