Beth (the host) was wonderful! Rosie (her RV) is well-maintained, and has taken Beth on numerous trips. Now Rosie has taken us on a fun vacation, too! Beth went over all of the systems, answered all of our questions, and had everything ready for us when we arrived.
We spent a week in hot sunny days and chilly nights, and the AC and furnace kept us comfortable the entire time. We made good use of the gas stove, oven, and microwave, with several tasty meals.
All the accessories, tools, and extras were well-organized in totes.
This was our first Class C experience, and we had a wonderful time!

The camper was as described and Tracy and her husband were very responsive though I had to initiate contact when I hadn’t received any access instruction late the day before our scheduled arrival. The refrigerator worked great as well as the cooktop. Both the heater and AC worked great, also. The outdoor kitchen is a plus. However, the bed mattress sank down to the board underneath so we felt we were sleeping on the board even though there was a 2” foam topper. Also, compared to other rented campers in our group, the kitchen was not as well- stocked as the others. It would have been nice to have more silverware. I added a fork that was unclaimed at the end of our trip, but there were only 2 forks to begin with. A crockpot and toaster would be great to have access to.

Patrick gets 5 stars for being a responsive host and taking responsibility for a situation that was out of his control. Patrick's RV was the victim of poor service by repair shops that didn't do a good job. We were forced to make repairs on the road at a not insubstantial cost. Once the repairs were made, the RV was a nice rental. Most importantly, Patrick did not argue about any of it. I sent him a summary and pictures of what happened, he immediately recognized that he was the victim of poor service, and didn't hesitate to reimburse me. I wholeheartedly recommend renting from Patrick. He is a standup guy.
