This was our first Outdoorsy RV rental. We owned a RV for years and recently sold it. We decided to rent various style trailers before purchasing another one. This experience was exemplary! The rental came with everything you need for a trip including linens and towels. We did not cook in the trailer or shower but we did enjoy the pillowtop mattress. The RV comes with automatic siding and power lift. The Hideout was in good condition and the Dillon family was very pleasant. We would recommend!

The good ! The ac was ice cold, the main bed and couch were super comfy ! The unit had extra sheets and towels !!! The main areas were clean. The not so good The listing pictures don’t show the peeling cabinets and wear that’s on the unit. There were some major communication issues, including having to drive an extra 40 minutes to get the unit because, last minute, the pick up location was changed 40 minutes past my route (the main reason I chose this unit was because it was already in our route to our destination) There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom, which was caused by urine sitting in the toilet from before we picked up. It continued to smell very strong of urine even after I flushed it. The twin beds were super uncomfortable… they were 1/2 foam on top of wood slats… I’d expect a unit like this to be slightly upgraded. Thankfully Outdoorsy was quick to respond to my concerns, nothing was done to remedy the situation (other than we were allowed to drop it off at the previously agreed upon location. Because of the bad communication and cleanliness issues I would not rent from this host again.
