The RV park is very nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay there with a couple of exceptions. The Road noise from the highway is very loud, the park sits at the bottom of the hill and truckers engine breaks will wake you up. The WIFI and internet connections are terrible, if plan on working, watching TV or surfing the net good luck.

The park is okay. It is no longer privately owned and not as enjoyable. The space we were assigned to was narrow and no room to enjoy outdoor seating. The prime camping spaces are no longer available. Outdoorsy had glamping tents installed in those areas. Also prices have increased and the wifi is not as strong as it used to be. The beautiful flowers that surrounded the park are just a memory now. Staff at check in was not too friendly. The river and pond is still as it was. Very nice. The fishing in the pond was good. Plenty of fish in there. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Everyone was very friendly. Although the RV spaces were a little compact the ground were amazing. My dogs and I had some wonderful walks through the tree covered paths and around the creek. I will admit I was not too impressed at first glance but by the time we left I was amazed. Good place for pet owners and tiny fisherpeople.

Very nice place to stay. I suggest the dog park have some shade and a place to sit for dog owners. Also clean water for the dogs.

This is our third visit in as many years we always enjoy our time here. The park is clean, well managed and friendly.
Its location makes it perfect to visit southern Colorado.
