Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 01:00 PM - Check-Out: 12:00 PM - Please go to the front office, confirm, and sign rule waivers. - Check-in begins at 12:30 pm - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Clean and Order Policy - Guests are to leave their site clean and ready for the next camper. - A $25 Clean up fee will be charged for sites left with trash or debris. Site Policy - Sites are reserved by number, you must be in the site reserved or you will be asked to move. - One RV/Trailer per campsite. - All guests must have their own toilet facilities and septic hookup is provided. - Each site is intended for a single family, please book an additional site if you wish to camp with friends or another family. - Length of RV/trailers provided above is the overall length that the space can accommodate. - If the towing vehicle and trailer exceed the space length an extra parking area is provided. Guest Policy - Booking includes 2 adults and 4 children, any additional guest will be charged a fee. - Please contact the front office to further discuss questions in regard to guests. - Any visitors will be charged a fee and must sign in at the front desk. - Guest is responsible for all fees pertaining to the occupancy of the lot/unit. Pets Policy - For the consideration of other guests no more than two pets are allowed. - Pets must be leashed or kenneled at all times. - Please pick up your pet. - No Aggressive pets. - Any dogs over 25 pounds must have management approval. Noise Policy - Campers are expected to respect other guests by not having loud music or loud barking dogs. Quiet Time - Quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Fireworks Policy - Fireworks are prohibited. Tent Camping Policy - Tent camping is not allowed. Speed Limit - Speed Limit is 10 MPH. Good Conduct Policy - The following types of conduct are examples of conduct that are prohibited. - Language or conduct that threatens, harasses, intimidates, annoys, or interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of The RV Park by others. - Disturbances of the peace and quiet, the filing or reporting of unjustified, annoying, or frivolous complaints. - The willful or careless destruction of or injury to property in The RV Park. - Unreasonable quantities of police or law enforcement visits to a home or lot. - Interfering with The RV Park’s contractual relationships, business relationships, or management’s ability to effectively manage The RV Park. - Actions that may be dangerous or may create a health or safety risk. - Nuisances, waste, or any unlawful conduct. any crime involving physical threats, injury, or harassment. - Wearing, using, or displaying weapons of any nature in The RV Park. - Climbing on or over any fencing, buildings, or improvements. - Radios, televisions, musical instruments, and other devices which disturb other Guests. - Music and other sounds shall be kept at a low volume level so as not to disturb other - Trespassing across other lots. Firearms Policy - Firearms and weapons of any type are not permitted outside of a Guest’s home and shall not be publicly used, worn, or displayed in The RV Park or visible through windows. - The discharge or display of any firearm or weapon (including but not limited to BB-guns, knives, bows, and arrows, etc.) within The RV Park, displaying such items, or pointing such weapons in the direction of others may be treated as a material and irreparable breach. - A single violation of this prohibition shall be cause for immediate termination of tenancy. Drug or Criminal Activities Policy - Guests shall not engage in, facilitate, or allow any criminal activity in The RV Park, including illegal drug-related activity. - Drug-related activity includes but is not limited to, the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, storage, or possession of a controlled substance. Laundry Policy - The RV Park laundry facility is for use by Guests and their registered Guests only. - Laundry room hours 9:30 am-5:00 pm. - Please limit drying time to two (2) hours. - Management reserves the right to establish and modify the laundry facility's hours of operation. - All posted laundry room signs must be followed. - The machines must be cleaned inside and outside after use, including emptying the lint trays after each use and all soap residue. - Dyes must not be used in washing machines, tubs, or dryers. - Rubberized articles are not allowed in washing machines, tubs, or dryers. - Do not overload or abuse the equipment. - One machine is designated for pet blankets and rugs. - Management is not responsible for lost or damaged articles or theft. - Please contact the Front Office if the washing machine or dryer is not working. - When leaving the laundry room, please check to confirm that the room is left clean, neat, and in an orderly condition for the other Guest use. Lost and Found - Please bring “lost and found” articles to the Front Office.
