WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TENT CAMPING? Our tent campgrounds are located on the top level of the property, and are available for tent camping and roof-top tent camping. Different rates apply. The rates displayed include up to 5 guests and 2 tents maximum. Each site comes with a picnic table. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RV CAMPING? Our RV Sites are located on the first and second levels of the property, and offer varying views based on the Site Type. Different rates apply. The rates displayed include up to 7 people and 3 pets. Tents or any enclosures are not permitted in RV Sites. Screen rooms may be used for sun protection during the day. DEPOSIT: Full payment is required upfront for the entire stay at time of reservation. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY: We have a 2-week cancellation policy for all reservations with a duration of less than 1 month. You must cancel or modify your reservation 2 weeks prior to your check-in time (2:00pm) on your arrival date. No refunds will be granted after this time. A reservation number is required to cancel or modify a reservation. At any time, A $50.00 cancellation or $25 modification fee is applicable to all reservations. LONG TERM STAY (1 MONTH+) CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 30-day cancellation policy for any long term stays, one month or greater. You must cancel or modify your reservation 30 days prior to your check-in time (2:00pm) on your arrival date. No refunds will be granted after this time. A reservation number is required to cancel or modify a reservation. A $50.00 cancellation or $25 modification fee is applicable to all reservations. DISCOUNTS ON EXTENDED STAYS: A 15% discount is applied to Weekly Stays, and a 20% discount is applied to 28-day Stays (Monthly Stays). ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE HOLIDAYS? Yes, rates are slightly increased during Peak Holiday times. See Holidays Schedule. DO YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES? A 15% Malibu Occupancy Tax is added to each reservation. The price shown per night on our reservation platform excludes any Occupancy Tax. SIZE LIMITATIONS FOR LARGER RVS: Most of our sites can fit up to a 33-foot trailer. We recommend our XL Sites for any larger RVs and Trailers. Please call the office if you have any questions about the size of your vehicle. HOW DO I CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY? Availability and Reservations are available online at www.maliburv.com. You may also contact our office at 800-622-6052 or 310-456-6052. MAY I PICK MY SITE? We will try our best to accommodate any requests, but only Site Types can be guaranteed. We do not guarantee specific site numbers. MAY WE PARK HEAD-IN ON OUR SITE? RV sites are designed for back-in-only hookups. Some sites are approved for Parallel Parking. WHAT TYPE OF FIRES ARE ALLOWED? Only Propane Fires are permitted in RV Sites and Tent Sites. Wood / Charcoal fires are not permitted. Keep Malibu safe! AGE REQUIREMENTS: Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve both an RV Site and a Tent Site. ARE PETS ALLOWED? A maximum of 3 pets are allowed per site. All pets must be on leash at all times, and stay within the designated pet zones and dog walks. Pitbull Terriers or Pitbull Mixes are not permitted in the RV Park due to insurance reasons. ARE VISITORS ALLOWED? Visitors are welcome! Please have your guest stop by the front desk to pick up a Guest Pass upon their arrival. Up to 5 guests are welcome in our tent sites, and up to 8 guests are welcome in our RV Sites. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY: We accept guest express mail envelopes, and packages while you are a REGISTERED GUEST. We do not forward or hold prior to arrival or after departure.
