Check-in Procedures Arrival Times - 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. - Check-in/Check-out: self-check-in and check-out, with assistance available via text or phone if needed. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Upon check out, please text a picture of the site to our number. - Check-in is between 3:00 PM and sunset, in order to safeguard bamboo plants and utility hookups from damage during low visibility after dark. - Prior to check-in, please text your estimated arrival time to our number at (863)252-7477. - Should you encounter any challenges during check-in, our campground host is just a text away. - If you do not require any assistance, please text our number to confirm your arrival. - Welcome to the Joy Bamboo Forest farm! - Please note the following guidelines: - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Pet Policy - Service animals trained for a disability are allowed. - No pets are allowed on the premises. Child Supervision - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Parents must supervise their children at all times. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited within 50 feet of any occupied campsite. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. - Please limit any noise level to your campsite only during those times. - Guests are encouraged to enjoy outdoor activities but must be mindful of noise levels to respect other guests. Trash Disposal - Guests are responsible for promptly disposing of trash in the provided dumpster. - Please put the trash in plastic bags and tie them as well as keep the dumpster covers closed. Fire Safety - Fires are only permitted in portable fire pits placed at least 10 feet away from plants and other structures. - The smokeless fire pit provided does not need a lot of wood to make a good size fire. - If too much wood is put in, the flames can get quite big. - Keep children and pets away from the fire pit while in use. - Do not use flammable liquids to light or relight it. - The firepit is positioned on top of a frame, do not put it directly on the ground. - The fire pit will be hot to the touch and should never be left unattended when in use. - Do not use fire extinguishers, water and other liquids, to put the fire out, unless its an emergency, to prevent metal deformation and rust. Site Cleanliness - Guests are required to maintain site cleanliness to avoid cleaning fees. - Before check-out, guests must dispose of ashes in the big barrel labeled Ashes by the power pole across the street, using provided ash bucket (in the storage bin at the campsite). - Please make sure the site and the provided portable picnic table are clean and text photos of the site to our number. - Your cooperation in keeping the sites enjoyable for all is greatly appreciated. - In case the site would require an additional cleaning, such emergency basis cleaning fee would be charged to the credit card on file. Plant Protection - Guests must refrain from cutting or breaking branches off bamboo plants. Liability - Guests are liable for any damage to plants or utility hookups caused by them. Property Liability - The operator is not liable for any personal property belonging to guests. - The guests are responsible for bringing their own water pressure regulator and surge protections devices for their RVs. - Even though there is a surge protection in place, the operator is not responsible for any acts of God or potential power surges. Behavioral Expectations - Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. - Disruptive behavior, including intoxication, profanity, or illegal activity, will not be tolerated. - Guests may be asked to leave immediately if they violate these guidelines, and refunds may not be provided for remaining days. Legal Disclaimer - Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss.
