All guests and any visitors must abide by the Park Rules. A complete list of all Rules and Restrictions, including Pool Rules, can be obtained at our office and will be provided at Check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - 10 MPH Speed Limit throughout the Park - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am - All RVs are subject to inspection and approval by management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. Rigs more than 10 years old have to be approved in advance by management. Please send pictures to legacy1@cvctx.comm. - Window A/C units ARE NOT allowed. - Sleeping outside the RV is not allowed. - Boats and Flat (open) trailers ARE NOT permitted to be parked on the property. - Cargo (closed) trailers need to be approved by management before they can be allowed to park on the property. - Limit of two-vehicle parking per site. The vehicle must be parked on the Site’s driveway. Parking on roads, yards, and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited. - No smoking in any common building areas. Please remove all cigarette butts. - No glass containers are allowed in pool areas. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome according to these rules - Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times (except at Dog Park). - Leaving a pet unattended or tied up outside any RV is prohibited. - Additionally, the owners of dogs of any breed that are or become aggressive will be asked to leave. - Owners MUST clean up after their pets in any area, including the Dog Park. - Pets must have all current vaccinations. - Pets are not allowed in Restrooms or Pool Area.
