Outdoorsy allows hosts to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (flexible, moderate, and strict) that we enforce to protect both hosts and guests.
When a guest makes a reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged when the host accepts the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full.
