Jonathan was great and the trailer worked amazing for our trip, very spacious and comfortable, the trailer was in perfect condition and all needed items were provided (kitchen stuff, water hose, sewer hose, electrical hook ups, etc.

This was my first time using Outdoorsy to rent a camper. I am very happy we decided to rent from Jonathan. He was very responsive, super easy to deal with, and has a really nice camper that he takes a lot of pride in. Very clean and well kept. Worked perfect for our trip!

Owner was very responsive in all questions regarding use, towing, and extras provided. The trailer itself was extremely easy to hook to truck, all lights and towing functions (trailer brake controller, suspension, brakes, sway bars,...) worked flawlessly, was very easy to pull even with 30 mph cross winds on the highway, through dirt roads, and into the campsite. All extras provided were in perfect working order. The generator was low on oil but once filled it was perfect.

Jonathan was very helpful throughout the entire process. His RV was great and exactly as advertised, and was a great home base for our Idaho vacation.

I had a very short but very effective communication with Jonathon. I have booked a camping site in Yellowstone and booked his RV. The camping site was for 20ft camper but the RV was 28ft. I was thinking it should be fine with the campsite a little bit more or less. But when I called the campsite and asked if my 28ft RV is fine to park in 20ft camping, they told me that they will not allow me to get into the campsite with bigger RV. It was kind of disaster for me as there was no other campsite available. The RV was non-refundable as I booked just 5 days in advance. The only hope I had was to call Jonathan and explain him my situation. He understood it very quickly and immediately cancelled my reservation and refunded me the whole amount. The communication with him was so effective and I will always recommend Jonathan for renting his RV. In future if I have to rent RV again I will do it from him only. I am really thankful to him.

We had a great time and Jonathan was very flexible and helpful. We had the trailer for five days at a camp in West Yellowstone and enjoyed every minute. This is a new trailer, everything works and it was very clean. We liked the fact that he offered unlimited generator time and he was flexible and worked with us on a couple other things.
