From our first interaction, our experience dealing with Bryan was bad. When we came to pick up the RV, Bryan, who refused to wear a mask even inside the RV, was working on fixing the generator. He could not, and convinced us that we wouldn't need it since we are going to an RV park. Bryan said that the cabin power would work while the car was running but this was not true.
