I rented this vehicle twice in one weeks time to pick up and drop off my elderly dad and so have 2 totally separate reviews. Both Kim and Anthony were very nice when we met the morning of pick up. Anthony was thoroughly very responsive & helpful late the first night when I had difficulty with the AC unit shutting down - he explained how to lower the amperage intake for the plug in which I appreciated very much as having air conditioning was 100% needed! The van rode well, my dad was comfortable and I had no issues other than the lane keeping assist kept pulling the steering wheel so I had to hang on extra tight to fight that while driving through the construction zones and also would constantly ding telling me to put my hands on the wheel even though I was not using cruise control and both my hands were ALWAYS on the wheel. That was a bit annoying but manageable and did not cause me much concern about renting the van for a 2nd time.
I dropped the van off early and all was well between both parties. That concludes my review on the first trip in this van.

My girlfriend and I rented an RV and embarked on a three-day adventure through the Great Smoky Mountains. The RV handled the winding mountain roads with ease, and the onboard amenities far exceeded our expectations, making the trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The instructional videos provided were thorough and extremely helpful in explaining how to use every feature of the RV, from the air conditioning to the shower and water systems. Our hosts, Kim and Anthony, were amazing—professional, communicative, and everything you’d hope for from beginning to end. We truly had an unforgettable time. It was a fantastic experience, and we can’t recommend it enough!

AHHmazing is the least to say. Let’s start from the beginning: the van was so clean and ready for us, we had everything we needed, Anthony went over instructions so I ( the wife) could understand exactly what to do. Everything worked wonderfully. The van drove like a dream. We went camping and it was the perfect addition.

This camper van met all of our expectations. It was easy to maneuver in traffic, parking in a regular automobile parking lot, etc. The camper was nicely appointed with all the necessary cooking utensils provided. The unit was very clean when we picked it up with bedding already made up. The check-out by Anthony was very thorough and informative. We had no issues when following the instructions from Anthony. The floor plan for this Class "B" RV makes the inside open up and you don't feel like you are cramped. The bathroom was large enough to take full showers when hooked up to the campground utilities. Never ran out of hot water when following the instructions from Anthony. So, new renters: Pay attention to the check-out information from Anthony.

Anthony and Kim were great! RV is in pristine condition and ran perfectly. Never used Outdoorsy before but after renting from great people at a great price, I plan to do this more often.
