Nothing worked in the RV.We headed to a festival and we had no water because the water pump wouldn’t work, no stove, tv, fridge or air conditioner, because the generator wouldn’t work.We missed precious time taking the RV to the mechanic in hope they could quickly fix it, but we were informed that the generator was broken.We were left with no choice but to take this broken RV to the festival since we couldn’t find a replacement so last minute.This inconvenience ruined our trip. We could barely sleep because it was so hot in the RV. Plus, we couldn’t cook or shower -all very essencial things you expect when you rent a RV.In additionally to that, the RV was extremely dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The stove had not been cleaned, and the sheets were unchanged.It was so extremely disappointing and distressing to have to deal with no many things going wrong in what should have been a fun trip.I would not rent from Bill again. It’s clear to us that he does not maintain his RV.
