Set up and camper being available was great. Camper was clean but had a lot of wear and tear. We paid almost $300 for damage protection for a camper with obvious upholstery wear/damages, scratches all over the dining table and countertop and scratches on flooring. Required damage protection appears obsessive considering we did not move the camper and the extensive signs of usage.

No complaints with the service. Observation - no access to the top bunk on this trailer, and bathroom was SOOO small.....but we survived. We actually vacated the trailer on Tuesday, Oct. 28, not Thursday, Oct. 30 Also, this email shows that there were 2 security deposits put on hold. Will both be released eventually?

We had an amazing experience and will be renting again. Love knowing the RV's are pet friendly. Great communication with the crew from Cozy Turtle regarding our arrival and departure. The perfect way to go when camping on the beach!

We loved the camper and the amenities. We had an issue with the 1/2 bath toilet, thankfully Cozy Turtle was out to help us immediately and the issue was resolved. Our only suggestion would be that the filters in the camper are cleaned regularly. The camper had a smell that needed Lysol, Febreze and candles daily to cover it up.

I love Cozy Turtle, didn't care for this camper as much with steps cause I just arnt use to steps in the camper but I know to pick a different one next time!

Have smaller glasses. We had quart size glasses and no coffee cups. The bowls were also huge and not useful for soup or cereal. The front door was bent and difficult to close. We couldn't figure out how to light the oven. Instructions would be helpful.

We had a great experience renting from cozy turtle RV rentals .. they made it very easy for us . Delivery was on time , camper was clean and in great shape. Any issues we had were handled quickly. We will definitely be renting from them in the future!
