This was a dream trip, in an adorable dream RV - full of character! Even though the Tioga Montara was an older vehicle, it functioned wonderfully and had a very charming remodel job! We were perfectly cozy (2 adults and a baby) and slept in the very comfortable queen-sized bed. Purchasing sheets and towels at the beginning of the trip was no problem. All of the basics were already included in the RV. Evan was WONDERFUL to communicate with, and always answered our messages immediately. If you are not handy or don't have RV experience, just make sure to pay attention to Evan's initial instructions well. Evan is quite friendly and accommodating. The way he met us at the airport with the RV saved us a ton of time and trouble. Thank you, Evan!!!

Great trip!!! Evan picked up at IDA went through everything and we were off. Tetons are beautiful and Yellowstone was fantastic. Favorite part was being able to leave campsites early to beat crowds, and do breakfast in parking lots, and dinners roadside.

We had never traveled by RV before and had many concerns, but Evan did an excellent job of patiently talking through all the details. He was always quick to respond to questions or issues and very pleasant to deal with. We found the RV to be equipped with everything and comfortable for our camping experience.

Evan was a pleasure to deal with; he met us at the airport with the RV when we arrived in Idaho Falls, Idaho; showed us first time RV renters how to work everything and we had a great time exploring the Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.

We rented the RV for our family trip to Yellowstone and our Snake River white water rafting adventures. Evan was so kind and picked us up at the airport (car seats in tow). He was available anytime we texted or called
him for any additional questions. Our kids loved playing in the upper bunk area and the beds were actually comfortable. The only thing we added to the RV was a wine opener.

It was adequate for me. However, had a leak due to heavy rain so we retuned it a day early. We will not receive a credit for insurance. Be aware you have to pay for propane which is not clearly stated in agreement. $65 charge seemed way too much for the amount used. Most was used to dry out camper after leak. First time renting an RV and was learning experience . So much better than a tent!

So sorry about the leak! We have now spent over $500 to fix it, and are ready for whatever Mother Nature has to being. We gladly refunded you for the day that you returned early and also we didn't charge you the $50 fee for us dumping the sanitation tanks (you were planning on paying this, since you asked us to do it in advance) Plus we didn't charge you for the propane you used $15 estimate and the $50 fee for us filling it (both spelled out in all the agreements) Hopefully this covered Outdoorsy not crediting for insurance.

Every option on the vehicle worked perfectly. Evan provided dishes, silver ware, cleaning supplies. I don't think he could improve on this trip.
