We had such a great experience with this rental from booking to turn in. Shane answered all communication very quickly before, during and after the trip. Shane provided a great value and made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend booking this rental. we will def book it again!!

Rental experience with Shane was excellent. Very thorough at pickup and he was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. RV was clean and had no mechanical issues. Will definitely rent again.

The RV was clean and ran great, our family had an excellent Spring Break in it. Shane was very helpful teaching how to operate it and very good at general communication! I would definitely recommend renting from him!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. Shane took the time to educate me on how everything worked and answered all my questions. The RV left in great condition, but I returned it with some damage. Again, Shane was very helpful on how the damage claim process worked and most importantly, wasn't upset that I "broke" his toy...

Great experience. Shane was very helpful and took all the time needed to give us all the details to ensure we would have a great trip. We had no issues at all, the RV has is great, a lot of space inside, and this first experience with RV couldn't be better.

Shane was very responsive, RV was great - zero problems. The only hiccup was a delay in pick-up due to a minor issue, but Shane kept me updated as he worked hard to resolve ASAP. We had a great trip and will absolutely rent this unit again if we go on another RV trip.

I think Shane is probably a decent guy. His communication was good. But So many things wrong with this RV. Not sure if it's a total lemon or we had bad luck with everything going out. Pump went out so we had no water to wash/cook/flush toilets for 2 days driving home. There was also a terrible smell we couldn't find out where it was coming from. We ended up having to stop for kid bathroom breaks and stay at a hotel our last night. First time RV experience and probably our last. Shane did not charge us for about $150 of mileage and generator overages for the hassle, which was nice, but we paid for an RV so we wouldn't have to stop for bathroom breaks with small kids and so we could sleep in it. I paid for 2 days of an awful and smelly trip that was unbearable. As a business/RV owner I would have done more to make it right but Shane did not.

This RV was Awesome!! It had more than enough room for our family of 6. It was easy to drive and very comfortable on the road. Shane was great, he was very professional and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know as this was our first RV experience. We will definitely reach out to Shane for our next road trip, I highly recommend renting from him for a great experience!
