The trip was fun but encountered a few problems.Second, they didn't charge the battery from sitting all winter so I was given a trailer with a dead battery. Not a huge deal,but when you get the trailer home to pack it and put food in the refrigerator, the fridge won't work unless the trailer is connected to your truck which uses your truck battery to power the trailer and if connected for a few hours while packing can drain you truck battery if not started.Third, I had a 2 inch hitch and the trailer required a 2 5/8 inch hitch which was not in the description of the trailer. Thank goodness we had problems with the step on the trailer which prompted a call to the husband owner of the trailer which then mentioned the trailer hitch ball size. We already had the trailer loaded on my 2 inch ball and had to wait for him to bring me the correct size. That could have been a huge towing safety issue if not rectified.Overall, the trip was fun but I think owners that rent their trailers should bear the responsibility to get the trailer ready for the renter and not have the renter doing the post winter care and setup at their camping destination. The owners would not know if the trailer was having problems to document prior to renting it out because they haven't checked it since they put it away for the winter. While the trailer was mostly clean you could tell it wasn't cleaned prior to me receiving it as I swept out dog hair from when they put it away for the winter. I figured that is part of the $70 cleaning fee they attach to the rental. And it had dead smoke detector battery which I had to replace for them.

The RV was super spacious for 5 of us. Our experience in Zion was amazing thanks to the comfort of an RV. I don’t think I read in the description that this RV has full hookups but that was a major plus! Also, the awning was my favorite because we got to enjoy beautiful dinners outdoors. Sidney did a full walk through, gave tipsy and was very friendly! We loved the RV experience!!

This was our first ever stay in an RV and everything went flawlessly. Boyd and Sidney delivered the RV to our site, parked and leveled it, sent us an instructional video, and even accommodated our last minute request for a generator. The RV is a great size, spacious, and everything worked well including the AC, which kept up during the hot, windy weekend. The RV looked brand new and had all the things we needed for our our stay. Boyd and Sidney were pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. Boyd & Sidney: Thank you so much for all you did to help make our weekend competition a complete success! We wish you both all the best in your future transactions and adventures.
